Imperial Care®is an independent provider of quality, low-cost home & social care services. We specialise, however, in 'Home-Care' services, primarily working with private individuals (and their families), as well as the Social Services and the NHS, to provide quality care in people's own homes. We also provide live-in carers for people who would like, or who need, a greater level of care provision. Our carers come from all ethnic backgrounds so can communicate effectively with clients of different ethnic groups such as those of Indian origin, European origin, Middle Eastern, African or Asian speaking origin, thus facilitating cultural needs.
What is Home-Care? Home-care (also known as domiciliary care) offers an alternative to residential and nursing home care by providing a range of practical, personal, often specialist and complex support for adults who need care in their own homes.
In fact, we offer a complete package to enable independent living at our client’s own home. To achieve this our services are individually tailored and continually adapted to meet the changing needs of our service users. This means that every client under our care receives a bespoke care plan to suit their own personal wishes and needs.
